Invading Illinois: Aquatic Invasive Species PSA
This public service announcement is an example of one of the community stewardship projects that was created in the service-learning course, NRES 285: Community Stewardship through Environmental Education. U of I students taught 8th graders at Franklin Middle School about biodiversity, ecosystem health, and aquatic invasive species; and together, they collaborated with the Environmental Almanac to produce this PSA to teach the community about how to prevent the spread of AIS.
